  • Under supervision of the Director of Implementations, carry out tasks associated to completing a variety of projects and implementation tasks
  • Assist with technical support issues when required
  • Follow and enforce policies and processes established by the IT team operations
  • Have an automobile and be able to use it for work related functions
  • Flexible hours evenings and weekends
  • Be available for after hours or on-site support if needed.
  • Highly motivated and can learn quickly

Required Skills And/Or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or related field preferred
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Server Administration, Windows, Virtualization, VMware and Hyper-V Image deployment, patching, updating, software distribution
  • Hypervisors, SAN, vSAN, Hyperconvergence
  • Solid networking knowledge – Switches, Routers, VPN, Firewalls, Wireless
  • Strong knowledge of VLANs
  • Active Directory management experience
  • Active Directory deployment and Active Directory migrations
  • Microsoft Exchange Server Management
  • Migration from on-premises exchange server to Exchange Online
  • Microsoft Exchange online management and troubleshooting
  • Traffic analysis, Services monitoring, Systems audit
  • Experience working with ticketing systems, automatic monitoring, software distribution
  • Cloud based applications and services including Office 365, Azure, Azure AD
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Azure AD Connect
  • Strong technical knowledge of MS Windows 7/8/10 and Mac OSX
  • Experience in PC and MAC hardware/software installations and issue resolutions
  • PC migrations to Windows 10
  • Good understanding of setting up and troubleshooting MACs
  • Solid working experience in installing and integrating new hardware
  • Experience with VOIP Systems
  • Spam Filter deployment and troubleshooting
  • Good understanding of how to deploy backups for various types of environments including VMWare, Hyper-V, Windows, MAC, Office 365, etc.
  • Strong experience in troubleshooting and debugging IT systems
  • Nice to have: Linux usage/admin experience
