Experience working with ticketing systems, automatic monitoring, software distribution
Cloud based applications and services including Office 365, Azure, Azure AD
Strong understanding and knowledge of Azure AD Connect
Strong technical knowledge of MS Windows 7/8/10 and Mac OSX
Experience in PC and MAC hardware/software installations and issue resolutions
PC migrations to Windows 10
Good understanding of setting up and troubleshooting MACs
Solid working experience in installing and integrating new hardware
Experience with VOIP Systems
Spam Filter deployment and troubleshooting
Good understanding of how to deploy backups for various types of environments including VMWare, Hyper-V, Windows, MAC, Office 365, etc.
Strong experience in troubleshooting and debugging IT systems
Nice to have: Linux usage/admin experience
