Fencecore Product Return Policy

Fencecore Solutions Inc accepts returns in accordance with this Return Policy. The return of hardware and software purchased from Fencecore Solutions Inc is subject to specific manufacturer and distributor restrictions. Fencecore Solutions Inc must be notified within 30 days from the date of the order placed and the goods must be unopened and in resale condition. Manufacturer restrictions may apply to certain merchandise and may provide limited or no returns. If the supplier accepts returns, any surcharges relating to the order such as, credit card fees and shipping charges will be at the expense of the customer, as well as a possible 20% restocking fee applied depending on circumstances. Any products that are opened or damaged will not be accepted unless they were signed for as damaged upon delivery. Returns are also subject to the return process below. Returns are only accepted after RMA is completed by your Account Manager once return is approved. Return Conditions:

  • Permitted Product Returns:

Hardware: If permitted by the manufacturer’s return policy, hardware may be returned if: packaging is unopened and still in the manufacturer’s sealed package, and if returned within 15 days from the date of shipment.

Software: Software may be returned if permitted by the supplier/manufacturer return policy.  If returns are not accepted, you may not return the software to Fencecore.

  • Damaged Products: Packages that are obviously damaged should be refused at the time of original delivery attempt. If damaged Products are accepted from the carrier, contact Fencecore Solutions Inc within 3 daysafter receipt of shipment to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pickup of the damaged product/s. All damages should be noted on the carrier delivery record prior to the driver leaving your premises. Please save the Product and all original box and packaging.
  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Defective: DOA’s must be reported to Fencecore within 5 daysof receipt of shipment. Some manufacturers and publishers require DOAs to be handled directly through them, and other to be handled by Fencecore and it’s partners. In the event that DOA’s are handled by the manufacturer, you must contact the manufacturer directly.
  • Non-Returnable: The following products cannot be returned under any conditions

 

-Discontinued items

-Special order items

-Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns

-Custom configurations of systems

-Open units, and/or units which require re-packaging

-Units in an unsuitable resale condition

-Closeout, remanufactured and refurbished Products
